A longtime Crestwood favorite, this residence was thoughtfully refreshed to reveal its full potential in collaboration with Catori Design House. The transformation includes a newly designed kitchen and primary bath, refinished hardwood floors, and a fully repainted interior. Exterior updates introduce new siding, soffits, and gutters, providing a refined contrast to the limewashed brick and stone. Architectural highlights include steel windows and doors, stone pavers at the front porch and courtyard, and newly layered landscaping and lighting that enhance the home’s presence from day to night.

Some homes just need a little help to better fit the needs of the family living in it. Architect, Brannon Foster, skillfully helped this house by completely changing the look and feel of it while adressing all of the family's growing pains. The soultion was to add a second story. A great way to add room for their 5 boys and one girl to grow into.

The entire interior of this charming cottage was completely remodeled. The new layout and design was done by the very talented Greg Mewbourne. We relocated the kitchen, rearranged the master bath, added a second bath, moved walls and added precious closet space. Through listening to the client's wishes and working closely with Greg we were able to create a peaceful retreat for this homeowner to come home to.
Some houses already have amazing character and just need to be brought back to life. The interior of this house was covered in a mauve paint. Including the all of the transoms, door and window glass. Yes, someone had painted over every peice of glass which made the interior dark and dingy. So, every window was meticulously removed and restored. Every piece of trim was removed, stripped and reinstalled to it's original location. The kitchen was enlarged and the two baths were completely renovated along with every other room in the house. Now this home has a light airy feel that is truly inviting.

This amazing home has been well cared for by its current homeowners who have lived here for more than 35 years. It was very important that the design of the bathroom be congruent with the era of the house but be elegant and updated.

This 1950's home has great bones but needed a complete overhaul. This house was brought back to life. An addition on the back of the house gave us room to expand the master bedroom, bathroom and closet. By removing a couple of walls on the opposite end of the house we were able to open up the living room, dining room and kitchen to creat a wonderful space for entertaining. The rest of the house was also completely renovated and the laundry was brought up from the basement and placed off the kitchen in what was once a previously enclosed patio.
